New Adventures

  Well i got the idea to set up a blog about the grils from a good friend Lindsey. Thought that it was a great idea since our families live so far away.
  So that last month has been full of new things. Zori started school and is loving every minute of it. Although she would have meltdowns about missing mommy the first few days. Now i think that she would like it better if she went everyday. The first day of school went pretty well unitl Shayla and i got home and she realized in the driveway that Zori wasn't with us. She sat down right there and cried for ten minutes. I couldn't get her to move. She just sat there with her face in her hands crying for Zori. I knew that she loved her sister but that is a bond that i will never understand. So along with starting school Zori will be leaving school within the same month because we are moving out of Florida.
  If you haven't already guessed moving is another one of our adventures this month. We will be moving from Florida up to Ohio. Lance is now on Shore Duty so we will get to have him home every night. It is going to be a big and wonderful change. We are in the proccess of buying our first house up there. We can't wait to get up there and turn this house into our home. Zori and Shayla are very excited to experience the snow and all the wonderful seasons that we don't get down here in Florida. Our house, if everything goes well, will be closed on Halloween so we will be moving in with Lance's Mom and Stepdad for about a month.
  This will be another adventure since we have both been living on our own for so long. The girls are really looking forward to spending so much time with Grandma and Papa.
  As for Shayla she is doing awesome. She is a little stuborn thing just like her mom. She loves playing with the dogs and Zori once she is home from school. She has been potty trained for awhile now and that has been a blessing and a curse. I no longer have to change diapers or carry them around but i find myself in the bathroom half the day. Plus i really think that she just wants to try out every bathroom in Jacksonville. She is learning how to count, her colors, shapes and the alphabet thanks to her big sister.
  Well i will keep you up to date with the house and our move but for now i am going to relax while Shayla is taking a nap.
